A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled, rescheduled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full appointment fee. A valid credit card must be kept on file to reserve an appointment.”
Assessment Deposit Policy
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all assessment appointments. The appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and a valid credit card has been placed on file. The remaining balance and any approved payment arrangement will be confirmed before the assessment.”
